If Personal Training isn't for you and you would like to go it alone this gym plan for an 8 week period may be just what you need.

Just the same as the 4 week Plan only developed to account for your increased levels of exercise. It focuses on flexibility, strength, fat loss, muscle gain and overall fitness.

It is customized and tailored to meet your specific needs, work ethic and time availability.

This is a great option if you want to train in your own time at your own pace and just improve your overall heath.

After the Plan Is purchased I will send you a questionnaire via email assessing your ability and strengths/weaknesses and I will use this to create a unique plan that suits your goals.
