This includes fat loss, muscle gain and rehab work for any pre-existing Injuries.
Each Plan includes gym membership for both of you for the month and comes with a Diet Plan specified to both your end goals.
Sometimes it is easier to take the leap with a friend and this plan gives you that option at a discounted rate compared to the regular 10 session plan.
